At Yofee, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States! Our production turnaround time is 48 hours for most jobs, meaning you’ll receive your stunning new wallpaper, mural, or 3D wall decor quickly. For larger projects, we will ship portions of your order as they are completed to ensure installation can begin promptly. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking information for easy monitoring.

Returns

We stand by the quality of our products, but we understand things don’t always go as planned. We offer a 5-year guarantee on material defects and a 1-year warranty on installation done by our certified professionals.

• To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Custom orders and samples are non-returnable unless there is a material defect.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
